Transit times
Any delivery timeline shared is an estimate. Transit can be affected by weather, operational conditions, incorrect addresses, holidays and, for international shipments, customs clearance.
Packaging and declarations
- Pack items securely so they can withstand normal handling in transit.
- Declare contents and values accurately; incorrect declarations can cause delays or charges.
- Provide complete addresses with pincode or postcode and working phone numbers.
International shipments
International shipments are subject to the customs rules of the destination country. Duties and taxes are usually payable by the receiver unless arranged otherwise.
